Les Coulitures
La Couliture is a product invented in the family kitchen. From the medicinal plants of the garden, we had the idea, rather than to make infusions, to make jam. The process that gave a unique product, we called Couliture by mixing the grout (coulis) words and jam (confiture).
La Couliturecan be incorporated into dishes, added directly to the plate. It can replace sugar in your tea, eating bread.
We experienced a few ideas; the Couliture of turmeric or thyme on a rare duck breast, the Couliture of carcadet in yogurt, Couliture Geranium added to chicken curry.
Coulitures uses are limited to your culinary creativity.
